Known as a landscape painter and a scenic painter of everyday life, artist Jules G Bahieu has created a dynamic and energetic storm scene. Bordering on the brink of the disastrous,there are several boats being thrown about in this choppy waves and appear to be moments away from crashing into the dock. Several figures appear on the wave covered pier perhaps running for safety or attempting to assist the ill-fated boats.
